Take on the challenge of 100 squats a day from 1 – 28 February. That’s 2800 squats in total! Any variation of squats that you like, anywhere you like and at any time of the day that you like.

What's included?: we will support you every step of the way with fundraising hints and tips, you will of course also be in a group with hundreds of other people supporting you to complete the challenge.

Reg fee: free to sign up!

Fundraising target: no minimum, we just ask you to raise as much as you can. Every £10 you raise allows us to deliver 61 meals to Londoners in need.





Do I need to provide evidence that I’ve done the squats?

No, this is a personal challenge and we trust you! Although you might want to update your fundraising page every now and again to keep you friends and family updated.


What if I don't complete the challenge?

This is your personal challenge, do as much as you can, every squat counts!


Will I receive a medal?

No, we are only sending t-shirts for this challenge.


When will I receive my t-shirt?

t-shirts will be sent within 14days of you completing the form in the facebook group.

By taking part in this challenge, you accept that you have basic level of fitness in order to participate, you also must be over the age of 18.
