CHARITY INFORMATION

The Felix Project is a London-based, UK-registered Charity with No. 1168183.

We rescue surplus food from the food industry and deliver it to almost 1000 frontline charities, primary schools and holiday programmes to help feed local communities.

ANNUAL ACCOUNTS AND IMPACT REPORT

Our Annual Accounts are produced at the end of our financial year to give you transparency on how the charity is reaching its goals. Our Impact Report provides insight into who we are, how we operate and the impact we have. Access both documents below.

Governance

The Felix Project is governed by a Board of Trustees who make sure the work of our charity is effective, responsible and legal. Trustees at The Felix Project include our founders, Justin and Jane Byam Shaw, as well as a range of experts from relevant backgrounds and expertise. We also have two 'volunteer Trustees' who are Felix volunteers, nominated by their peers to represent the volunteer voice at senior level. Click the link below to see who is on our Board and what their background is.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

The Felix Project seeks to constantly improve its service to donors, supporters and members of the public and ensure our policy adheres to best practices. Therefore, we regard complaints as an opportunity for us to reflect on our processes and practices and identify opportunities for us to strengthen and improve them. Please access here our complaints policy.

OUR SUPPORTERS

We are thankful to receive support from a huge range of individuals, businesses and organisations. Without this support, we could not operate. Click the link below to see some of the businesses who support our fight against food waste and hunger.

OUR SUPPLIERS

We rely on donations of surplus food from across the food industry; from farms, wholesale, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and more. We are incredibly thankful to the many food supply businesses who partner with us to give their food. Click the link below to see some of our suppliers.
