Volunteering in our East London warehouse

Felix 03

Located in Tower Hamlets, a borough of London with some of the worst child poverty rates in all of Europe, we estimate that our new warehouse will deliver 6.5 million meals a year to charities & schools in the local area. Right now, we’re on the look-out for:

  • Warehouse Assistants: Sort through rescued surplus food
  • Drivers: Deliver Felix food to charities & schools in the area
  • Admin Assistants: Support our operation behind the scenes with office tasks.

Next door to our warehouse, you'll find Felix’s Kitchen – where we’ll use the surplus food we rescue to cook healthy ready-made meals for schools and charities in the local community!

Volunteering in our Kitchen is a great way to learn new skills to enhance your CV, or even transition into a career in food! All volunteers will be offered health and food safety training as part of the role, and will receive training certificates upon completion.

Roles available in Felix's Kitchen:

  • Admin Assistants: Welcoming and registering new guests and volunteers.
  • Kitchen Assistants: Receiving and storing surplus food we rescue.
  • Food Prep Assistants: Supporting chefs to cook delicious, nutritious meals.
  • Packaging Assistants: Packing up delicious meals from the kitchen before they’re delivered to those in need.
