You will receive a welcome pack via email, covering what we do, why we do it and how you can get involved.
After that, you can complete your profile on our volunteer portal and, once we have reviewed your application, sign up to your first shift!
While the times of our volunteering shifts differ between the different roles and locations, our core times are Monday to Friday from 9am till 6pm. We have some limited evening and weekend shifts, too.
You can volunteer in any of our four warehouses. Our green scheme routes usually start from multiple points in London.
You need to be 16 years or older in order to volunteer with us.
The times of our volunteering shifts differ between the different roles and locations. Typically, most volunteering shifts last for a few hours and run during working hours in the mornings and afternoons. We also have some evening and weekend shifts available.
That is entirely up to you. We do not request a minimum or maximum commitment from our volunteers.
