With school holidays approaching, and parents looking for ways to keep their children learning and entertained, The Felix Project has created several fun activities to children about preventing food waste. With the help of their parents, kids will be able to watch things grow, make the most of leftovers and learn what kind of waste their household produces and how they can reduce it.
The activities are ideal for children aged 5-11 with parental supervision and best of all they're free and use what you already have around the house! All the resources are available here so when the kids say "they're soooo bored" or the weather isn't ideal give these fun activities ago and keep children engaged with the world around them.
