WHAT NEXT?

You will receive an email invite to our Felix Volunteer portal. It's essential that you create a login and complete your profile with us. Please check your email, and ensure you look in the promotions and spam folders, in case it landed there. If you didn't receive an email, reach out to [email protected].

Once your volunteer profile is created, you can book your first Felix shift. This is a special type of shift with dedicated support from our depot team. Then after you have completed your first Felix shift, you will be able to book any shift you want, as often as you want.
