UK'S LEADING FOOD REDISTRIBUTION CHARITIES TO MERGE

We are delighted to announce we are merging with FareShare to form a single UK-wide organisation. By uniting, we hope to move closer to achieving our goal of a UK where good food is never wasted and no one goes hungry.

Merging is a huge opportunity to form a bigger and more ambitious organisation with greater national impact and the ability to influence national policy on food waste and food insecurity. We already know how successful we can be working together, just look at The Coronation Food Project and the £15M Farm Gate Food Fund. We believe by working as one the benefits will only grow.

Stay tuned for news and updates about the new organisation, and in the meantime, you can read more about the merger below.

RESCUING FOOD. FIGHTING HUNGER

The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. We rescue high quality, surplus food that would otherwise go to waste and redistribute it to over 1,200 community organisations across the capital.

1 in 4 working families in London regularly struggle to feed their children – that’s an estimated 325,000 families.

Inspired by Felix, we’re on a mission to fight food waste and hunger in the capital and we need your help.

Before I came here, I had to choose between heating and eating. Food is costly when you’re on your own.
